The Retail Foundation Programme is an apprenticeship programme that provides Omanis with sound knowledgebase in the fundamentals and principles of retail and the necessary core skills, training, and confidence to succeed in their jobs. These include jobs such as Sales Associates, Cashiers, Customer Service, Baristas, etc.

Covered in the training programme are Retail English, Retail Induction Training, On-Job training, Essential Retail Learning Units, Retail Workshops and Brand Specific Training all conducted by experienced trainers. The programme duration is 4 months.
