The Retail Management Program is an apprenticeship program that provides Omanis with sound knowledgebase in retail management, core skills, training, and confidence to succeed in their management shop floor roles. These include jobs such as Sales Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, etc.
The program is fully funded by Ministry of Labour for new Omani hires under Training for Employment.
This program works well if you require more than 12 employees, or you are expanding and opening new stores in Oman. Training will begin one month prior to employment start date.
