In December 2018, The Retail Agency signed a strategic partnership with PDO to provide retail training opportunities for Omani nationals.

In February 2020, Majid Al Futtaim and The Retail Agency launched an initiative called ‘Tamheen’, a strategic Omanisation initiative to train Omanis into retail jobs. The purpose of the initiative is to support Retailers in finding, recruiting and training Omani nationals.
